Board of Directors Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Purpose

The purpose of the Board of Directors Diversity and Inclusion Policy is to ensure diversity of age, gender, race, religion, and ethnicity in the nomination process of Qua Granite Board members.

Scope

It covers all activities that directly or indirectly affect Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.'s works.

General Principles

With the Board of Directors Diversity and Inclusion Policy created and announced by Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., we adopt the following principles:

  • Qua Granite Board of Directors nomination and election process is carried out in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant regulations, including the Capital Markets Board's, and the provisions of the company's articles of association.
  • Priority is given to female candidates among candidates with the same knowledge and competence.
  • Qua Granite aims to increase the ratio of female members in the Board of Directors to 25% within 5 years.
  • It is committed that age, gender, race, religion and ethnic origin are not a criterion in the selection process of candidates for the Board of Directors.
