Anti Bribery Policy

Company personnel shall not offer, pay, promise or allow any kind of bribe, gratuity or other illegal payment or benefit to any governmental or commercial institution, their employees, any other person or institution in a way that constitutes irregularity.

Company employees shall in no way receive bribes, kickbacks or other illegal payments from a customer, supplier or any other person or organization that has any business relationship with the company, or accept offers that will provide personal benefits.

Not give or offer gifts, hospitality or entertainment, directly or indirectly, to government officials or other persons in return for consideration intended to benefit the company or the person it represents. Gifts, hospitality and entertainment must be reasonable and lawful, in accordance with common courtesies, for a legitimate business purpose.

Company personnel or a third party are required to report violations of this policy and applicable anti-bribery laws.

No employee will face any sanctions for good faith reporting of suspected violations.

Employees may report any violations of this policy or applicable laws to a representative of the board of directors or the company's ethics officer without hesitation.
